Delivery Method

We currently offer free delivery worldwide. All orders will be shipped via DHL Express.
Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, a DHL tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track your item online and follow its progress.

If you did not receive this email and require assistance in tracking your order, please contact us here.

Delivery Time

Confirmed orders will be dispatched the next working day and will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 5 business days.

Delivery time may be affected if the order is shipped to remote locations or by custom delays. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.

Duties and Taxes

Custom duties and taxes may be incurred in some countries. If any such additional charges are incurred, they must be rendered at the point of, or before delivery in your country to clear customs.

We are unable to give you an estimate of the customs and taxes (if any), as this is determined and calculated at your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with COEN ANDERS via email or our contact form. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. After which, the customer should notify COEN ANDERS via email or by our contact form of his or her intention to return the product. We will accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt. Delivery charges incurred for returns and exchanges will not be covered by us.

If a product has been discontinued COEN ANDERS has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. COEN ANDERS will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

Receipt of Defective Goods

It is important that the customer carefully checks the goods / products upon receipt in order to verify that the order is correct and not damaged. If the order has been damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, the customer must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. Should the order not match the one ordered or have a manufacturing defect, the customer will need to contact COEN ANDERS within 7 business days from receiving the product.

COEN ANDERS carefully check all watches before they are shipped. In case there is a defect in spite of this, the customer may reach out to our customer service via the contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to COEN ANDERS should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.

In the case that a returned product has been confirmed to be defective with fault on our part, COEN ANDERS has the right to replace the defective good with a replacement of the same model and refund you the cost of returning the product with the provision of a copy of the receipt indicating the costs. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges are only accepted for orders made directly from us. Items returned, or for exchange, must be received in new, unused and original condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.

We will accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt. Delivery charges incurred for returns and exchanges will not be covered by us. Returns are at the cost of the buyer. If you wish to return a product, we advise you to return it in the same box you have received it in and to choose an insured shipping method which includes a Track & Trace. In the unlikely event that your package gets lost by the shipping provider of your choice, you are then always able to prove that the product was returned.

Return and Exchange Time

Once we have received the product to return or exchange, we will assess whether it is in perfect, unused condition.

For a return under warranty, a refund will be made within 30 business days to the same payment card used to place the original order.

For an exchange, we will contact you via email to process your exchange request. When the exchange request is confirmed, your order will be delivered to you within 5 business days.
